Squash & Racketball Booking Rules

Courts 1,4 & 6 can be booked up to 14 days in advance. Court 1 and 6 become available at 7am and Court 4 at 1pm.
Courts 2 & 3 can be booked up to 7 days in advance. Court 2 becomes available at 7am and Court 3 at 1pm.
Court 5 can only be booked on the same day from 7.20am.
Peak times are from 5pm to 8.30pm.
Members are not allowed to book more than one court in peak times per day.
Members are encouraged to show the opponent's name on the booking sheet.
Only "Squash" and "Combined" memberships can book squash/racketball courts.

Tennis Booking Rules

Tennis courts can be booked 14 days in advance. All courts become available at 7am.
Only "Tennis" and "Combined" memberships can book tennis courts.

Padel courts can be booked 14 days in advance.
When booking 14 days in advance, all padel courts become available at 7.00am.
Only members may book padel courts 14 days in advance.
Members must select at least one playing partner in order to book a padel court, however, they should select all playing partners to show on the booking sheets.
When playing Guests, members must select GUEST as the playing partner to show on the booking sheets, and arrange for the guest fees for each guest to be paid at reception or at the bar.
Please note: Pay & Play users may only book courts 7 days in advance.
Peak times are
- 16.45-22.00 Monday to Friday
- all day Saturday and Sunday
Members are not permitted to book more than one court during peak times each day.
Members may book a court during peak times and another during non-peak times on the same day.
All players must be listed on MyCourts prior to playing
Players’ names can be added at any time prior to commencing play
Members are not permitted to play on more than one occasion during peak times each day other than in exceptional circumstances

Each member has an account within this booking system.
Members must have sufficient credit in order to reserve courts.
Members can top-up their acccounts with a credit/debit card transaction when logged into the booking system -- click "Buy Credit" when logged-in, and follow the instructions.
Alternatively, members can purchase £5 top-up vouchers from reception or at the bar, and apply the top-up to their accounts by logging-in to this website or by using the touch screen on-site at the club.

When playing a guest, members must select "*** GUEST" as the opponent to show on the booking sheet, and pay the guest fee at reception or at the bar.

When unable to use a reserved court, members should cancel as soon as possible so that the court may be used by other members.
The booking fee is automatically refunded when the court is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the court time.
When the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the court time, the booking fee is only refunded if the same court is re-booked by another member.
