Solihull Arden App Update

Happy New Year!

We have recently updated the Solihull Arden App to further improve the operations and access to some of our great offerings here at the Solihull Club.

The Solihull Arden App is where you currently book all of the Studio Classes, Social Padel Sessions, Tennis Club Nights, Squash Club Nights and Racketball Club Nights.

As the demand for all of the booked activities increases we need to ensure that members are not booking up these sessions and then not attending, thus taking away the opportunity for other members to attend. Therefore as of the 13th January 2026 there will be some new procedures in place to mitigate this problem moving forward.

Below are some of the changes/updates:

The access to the app is at 07.00 everyday to book up 7 days in advance.

You can cancel any booking up to 1 hour before, if you do not cancel your booking and don't attend you will automatically be put on an automated 31 day 'good behaviour' timeline. This means if you fail to attend a booked session again in those 31 days you will be frozen from booking any activities for 2 weeks.

Furthermore, if you access the club without scanning your card or fob at the turnstiles you wont be registered as 'attended the activity' and the same sanctions will be automatically applied.

Finally, if you are on the waiting list and spaces do come available you might be added to the activity list (it will be over 1 hours notice), once added to the list you need to attend or you will be automatically classified as 'not attended' so please cancel off the waiting list if you are unable to attend to avoid the automated process.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "sac@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from sac@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Solihull Arden Club <sac@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Solihull Arden Club <sac@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from sac@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
