After running the Padel leagues for most of the past year David Currie has decided to relinquish the role. Can I thank David for keeping the leagues running really well and providing enjoyable competitive Padel for our members.
I am delighted that John Thomas has agreed to take over the role of Padel Lead. John brings a wealth of experience in sports education and indeed as a player. He is also the father of former club member and international Padel coach, Matt, who is now based in Australia.
John is keen to engage with members and seek feedback about how the club can promote Padel further. He will also be looking for enthusiastic members to support him on a Padel Liaison/Development Group. John will be communicating with members shortly.
