Court Bookings Changes


Dear Members

Happy New Year!

Over the last 6 months we have been looking at how to streamline our court usage in order to give our members the best possible opportunity to access courts here at the Solihull Arden Club.

Please see the upcoming the changes below;

Padel: From the 1st of February 2024 we are changing the time allocation slots from 30 mins per session (max 3 sessions) to one bookable session of 75 mins. This will alleviate the wasted 30 mins slots throughout the day that were caused by the previous booking system. The Social sessions on Thursdays and Saturdays will also be slightly increased due to this system so more game time! We are not changing the booking fee! So even more savings for our members who book Padel courts!

Squash: We have already changed the booking system to allow for only one squash court to be booked per day, all of the other criteria will stay the same with regards to booking squash courts.

Finally, the General Manager has been meeting up with all of the coaches on campus to discuss court usage in order to maximise opportunity for our members to play sport throughout Peak and Off Peak times, these additional changes will be more visible over the coming months.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "sac@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from sac@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Solihull Arden Club <sac@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Solihull Arden Club <sac@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from sac@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
